• Provide and improve the Squiryl data account
• Process your sharing preferences and requests
• Match permitted information to a declared purpose, without opening your Vault
• Deliver a contracted outcome or selected details only after a separate approval
• Record eligible rewards against the stated terms of an opportunity
• Communicate with you about your account and the service
• Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud

3. Data security and encryption

Private by design. Security is part of the account, not an add-on:

• Personal Vault data is encrypted on your device before it reaches Squiryl
• Squiryl stores the encrypted result and cannot read your Vault
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• A partner does not receive a browseable copy of your account
• You choose what is shared, with whom, and for how long

4. Data sharing and your control

Your data, your rules.

• You decide what to share, when to share it, and with whom
• Where a permission is ongoing, you can stop future activity that Squiryl controls
• A match is not permission to browse your Vault
• Eligible marketplace participation can include a reward; ordinary account use does not automatically earn money
• We do not sell your Vault

Under UK GDPR and UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data and understand how it is processed
• Rectify or update your personal information
• Erase your data (the right to be forgotten)
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service and fulfil the purposes in this policy. When you delete your account, we securely delete your personal data, except where we must retain certain information for legal or regulatory reasons.
